Refund & Cancellation Policy

The 360° Wealth Report™ is a personalised, private digital report generated on-demand based on financial information provided by you. It is a made-to-order digital product and is not a physical good, subscription service, or regulated investment advisory product.

As the report is generated specifically for you using your personal financial data, it constitutes a customised digital deliverable and is treated accordingly for the purposes of refund eligibility.

• The 360° Wealth Report™ is priced at ₹4,999 (inclusive of all taxes).
• Payment is collected at the point of report generation, after you have completed the diagnostic questionnaire.
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via our payment gateway.
• All transactions are processed securely. We do not store card or payment instrument details on our servers.
• A payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.

3.1 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Once payment is successfully processed and the 360° Wealth Report™ has been generated and made available for download, the purchase is final and non-refundable. This applies because:

• The report is a personalised digital product created exclusively for you
• It is delivered immediately upon successful payment
• The digital nature of the product means it cannot be “returned” once accessed
• Significant computational and advisory resources are consumed at the point of generation

3.2 Eligible Refund Circumstances

A full refund will be processed in the following circumstances only:

• Technical failure: Payment was successfully debited but the report was not generated or delivered due to a technical error on our platform
• Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same report due to a payment gateway error
• Unauthorised transaction: You have evidence that the payment was made without your authorisation

3.3 Refund Process

• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the payment date
• Email your request to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request — 360° Wealth Report™”
• Include your payment reference number, registered email, and a brief description of the issue
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days of approval, to the original payment instrument
• We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days

4.1 Before Payment

You may exit the diagnostic questionnaire at any point before completing payment without any charge. No cancellation fee applies. Your progress is auto-saved and you may return to complete it at any time.

4.2 After Payment

Once payment has been processed and the report generation has been initiated, the order cannot be cancelled. The report will be generated and delivered to you.

4.3 Advisory Service Cancellation

For ongoing investment advisory engagements (separate from the 360° Wealth Report™), cancellation terms are governed by the advisory agreement signed between you and Rahul Rajgopal Wealth Advisor. Advisory fees paid in advance are refundable on a pro-rata basis for the unutilised period, subject to the terms of the agreement.

We strongly encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback for a delivered digital product without first contacting us may be considered fraudulent misrepresentation, and we reserve the right to dispute such chargebacks with supporting documentation.

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes arising from payment or refund matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
