    If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily at the primary level, escalate directly to the Compliance Officer. Response within 5 business days.

  3. SEBI Escalation

    Lodge Complaint on SEBI SCORES

    • SEBI Complaints Redress System (SCORES) is the official SEBI platform for investor grievances against registered intermediaries.

    If unresolved after Steps 1–2, you may file a complaint directly with SEBI at SCORES.

    Online Dispute Resolution — SmartODR

    • SEBI's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) portal provides an additional, technology-enabled channel for resolution of investor disputes.
    • SmartODR is recognised by SEBI and provides structured, time-bound dispute resolution.

    Available as an alternative or additional escalation channel to SCORES.
