Digital Accessibility Statement
Rahul Rajgopal is committed to making his digital platforms usable by all investors, including persons with disabilities. This statement is published in compliance with the SEBI circulars on digital accessibility for regulated entities, read with the clarification issued in December 2025.

Our Commitment
We are working to make our website usable by investors with visual, auditory, motor and cognitive disabilities, measured against:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA
- IS 17802:2021 — India's national standard for digital accessibility
- Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW) 3.0
- Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016
Current Status
This website has been independently audited and found compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA.
The audit was completed on 21 September 2026 by an IAAP certified accessibility professional. It covered every page template on this website, including the legal and regulatory pages, the blog, and the contact and enquiry forms, and included usability testing with persons with disabilities.
The audit recorded no critical, serious, moderate or minor failures. An Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT) and a Certificate of Accessibility were issued on 21 September 2026. The certificate is valid until 31 March 2027, after which the website will be audited again.
The audit report, the conformance report and the remediation actions have been submitted to BSE Ltd. in September 2026, within the timeline set by SEBI.
Summary of the audit outcome:
- Standard: WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA (Table 1 and Table 2 of the Accessibility Conformance Report)
- Automated testing: no critical, serious, moderate or minor issues found
- Manual checklist: 24 checks passed, none failed, 12 not applicable to this website
- Only observation: the accessibility statement on this page required updating, which has been done and verified by the auditor
- A copy of the conformance report or certificate is available on request from the Nodal Officer below

Obligations under the SEBI accessibility framework commenced for this practice on the date registration was granted. Dates in the framework falling before that date did not apply to us.
Known Limitations
We are aware of the following, and they form part of our remediation planning:
- No audit can identify every barrier. If you encounter one, please tell us and we will fix it.
- If you need any content on this site in an alternative format, we will provide it on request.
- Indian Sign Language interpretation and audio description of visual content are not currently available.
