5. Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools
Required under Regulation 18(9), SEBI (IA)(Second Amendment) Regulations, 2024 — effective April 30, 2025
This practice uses an automated metric calculation engine to generate the Wealth Diagnostic Report. The system processes client-provided financial data to compute structural scores across eight dimensions: Stability, Efficiency, Alignment, Execution, Resilience, Tax, Debt, and Estate Readiness.
The automated diagnostic system produces structured analytical output only. It does not constitute investment advice. All advisory recommendations derived from or following the diagnostic report are made by Rahul Rajgopal, the registered investment adviser, and are his sole responsibility.
The adviser is solely responsible for the security, confidentiality, and integrity of all client data processed by automated systems, in accordance with Regulation 18(9) of the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 as amended.
Client data is not shared with third parties for AI processing and is not used to train external machine learning models.
Clients may request a plain-language explanation of any automated score or metric at any time.
No other AI tools are currently used to generate personalised investment recommendations. This disclosure will be updated if AI usage changes.
